CueLoad features
Everything CueLoad does today, one section per job. Each section starts with what it is, then how it behaves on a real job.

Warehouse
CueLoad keeps the whole equipment warehouse: gear tracked by quantity or by serial number, flight cases with fixed contents, kits and shelf locations.
- Each model is bulk (counted) or serialized (every unit with its serial number); consumables like tape and haze fluid can skip stock counting.
- A flight case loads in one action and its contents are not counted as free stock. A kit is a template that expands into separate, editable lines.
- Stock changes (bought, written off, counted) go through a movements journal; gear is archived, never deleted. Lists come in from CSV or Excel (.xlsx).

Availability
CueLoad shows on every project line how much is needed, how much is free and how much is short, and updates it live for everyone.
- Confirmed projects hold gear from prep to return. Gear that is loaded and not yet back stays busy even after the project dates; gear marked unusable or lost is not free.
- Draft projects do not take stock but show as planned elsewhere; cancelled projects do not count.
- A tap on a line shows which projects use the model and when; for serial-numbered gear, which unit is on which job and when it is due back.

Loading mode
CueLoad loading mode is the gear list on the phone at the van: big touch targets, grouped by section, with the shelf to pick from and live 3/4 counts.
- Tap › to load one, swipe left to load the rest of the line; a flight case loads in one tap. Serial-numbered gear is picked unit by unit.
- Everyone on the job sees the counts change live, with who loaded what and when. Gear added at the venue is marked as added on site.
- On a patchy connection a tap that got no answer is sent again with the same id, never twice; with no connection the screen says so and loading pauses.

Returns
CueLoad return mode marks every item returned, missing or damaged, so the warehouse knows what came back and what did not.
- Damaged gear is marked usable or out of service; out of service gear is not available until it is marked repaired.
- For consumables you enter what came back; the rest counts as used, not missing.
- Late projects and late supplier returns are flagged. Lost and out of service lists have Found and Repaired actions.

Rented-in gear
CueLoad keeps gear you rent in from other companies (subrent) on the same project list, with the supplier, its status and a return date.
- Status goes from needed to requested to confirmed, with who changed it and when; unconfirmed rentals show in the shortage list.
- A request PDF per supplier lists what you need and when.
- Rented gear is loaded and returned like your own, and a late return to the supplier is flagged.

Quotes
CueLoad quotes price a job from your warehouse gear, crew positions and other costs, and turn into a planned project when the client says yes.
- Lines by category with discounts and VAT; cost and margin stay inside the app.
- PDF documents from your own templates and letterhead.
- An accepted quote moves into planning with its gear list.

Team and roles
CueLoad has five roles – owner, admin, planner, warehouse and crew – and people join with an invite link.
- Crew accounts are free; planners, admins and warehouse staff are paid seats.
- One person can belong to several companies (freelancers) and switch between them in the app.
- Crew members are assigned to projects with their duty.

How it works on the job
A CueLoad job runs in five steps, from prep in the warehouse to checking what came back.
01
Prep
The planner builds the gear list per project; shortages show in red before anything is promised.
02
Load
At the van the crew ticks gear off on the phone; everyone sees the counts live.
03
Event
Anything added at the venue goes on the list, marked as added on site.
04
Return
Back at the warehouse each item is marked returned, missing or damaged.
05
Check
Late, lost and out of service gear stays visible until it is found or repaired.

- Crew scheduling and working hours
- Invoicing
- A full repairs and inspections module (today: mark as repaired)
- Transfers between warehouses
