CueLoad help centre
Short guides to every part of CueLoad, with the steps in the order you do them. Search below, or pick a topic.
Getting started
- Create your company and set it upSign up, create your company workspace, and fill in the company details, time zone, currency and document details.
- Use CueLoad on your phone like an appAdd CueLoad to the home screen of an iPhone or an Android phone, so it opens full screen like an app and can show phone notifications.
Warehouse
- Import equipment from Excel or CSVLoad your whole equipment list from an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file in one go, with categories, quantities, serial numbers and shelves.
- Categories and shelf locationsGroup equipment into categories and subcategories, and give every item a shelf location that the crew sees while loading.
- Counted by quantity or by serial numberWhen to count equipment only by quantity and when to track every unit by its serial number, and what changes in projects and loading.
- Rental and consumable equipmentThe difference between equipment that goes out and comes back and consumables that get used up, such as tape, fluid and batteries.
- CasesA case is a real flight case with fixed contents. Pack it once in the warehouse, add it to a project as one line and load it in one tap.
- KitsA kit is a saved list of equipment. Added to a project, it turns into separate lines you can change for that event.
- AccessoriesGive a piece of equipment its default accessories, such as power and DMX cables, so they are added to a project together with it.
Projects
- Create a project and set its datesHow a project is created and saved, and how the loading, event and return dates decide when its equipment is booked.
- Project statusesWhat each project status means for the equipment, when to confirm a project, and how a project becomes completed.
- Availability and shortagesHow CueLoad counts need, free and short on every project line, what makes equipment busy, and how to see where it works.
- Project templatesSave the schedule phases, equipment sections and crew positions you use again and again, and start new projects from them.
- Rented equipment from suppliersAdd equipment you rent in from other companies to a project, send the supplier a request PDF, confirm the rental and track the return to the supplier.
- Quotes and PDF documentsMake a price quote for a client from equipment, crew and other costs, create a PDF document from your template, and move an accepted quote into planning.
Loading and returns
- Load the van in loading modeMark equipment as loaded from your phone, one tap per piece or a whole case at once, and see what everyone else loads live.
- Returns: missing, damaged, found, repairedCheck equipment back into the warehouse, mark what is missing or damaged, enter what is left of consumables, and put found or repaired gear back in use.
Team and pay
- Team, roles and positionsWhat owners, admins, planners, warehouse staff and crew can do, how to change a role, and how positions fill the crew of a project.
- Invite people to your companyCreate an invitation link for a new team member, send it yourself, and renew or revoke it while it waits.
- Crew pay, expenses and payoutsHow a crew member submits pay and expenses after an event, and how owners and admins approve them and record payouts.
