1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies – browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and the app's offline cache – work the same way and are covered by this policy too.

2. Cookies we use

All cookies are set by CueLoad itself (first-party). The website cueload.com sets none on its own; only the theme cookie is saved when you press the theme switch.

3. Browser storage and the app cache

The app also keeps some things in your browser so it works faster and remembers where you were:

  • open tabs, list filters, collapsed groups, panel widths and hints you have closed;
  • for a moment during sign-up or a password reset, the email address the code was sent to;
  • the ID of the last signed-in account on this device, so that the app clears its cache when someone else signs in on a shared phone or tablet;
  • the installed app's cache of pages and data, cleared when you sign out.

This stays on your device and is not used to track you.

5. Payment pages

When an owner or admin pays for a subscription, the payment page is run by Stripe on its own website. Stripe sets its own cookies there under the Stripe Cookie Policy.

6. How to remove cookies

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you delete the sign-in cookie you will be signed out; if you delete preference cookies the app goes back to its default language, theme and density.
