Import equipment with AI
Have your equipment in a price list, a photo of a paper list or a messy spreadsheet? AI reads it, and you review the result before anything is saved.

Import with AI
- Open Warehouse → Import → the AI import tab (owners, admins, planners and warehouse staff).
- Tap Upload a file (PDF up to 30 pages, Excel, CSV, JPG or PNG), Photograph a list on your phone, or Paste text.
- Tap Read with AI. AI finds names, manufacturers, quantities, categories, power, weight and serial numbers.
- Review the list. Yellow marks what AI suggested itself or is not sure about – check it. Grey rows already exist and will be skipped. Remove rows you do not need.
- Tap Import. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Made a mistake? Right after the import tap Undo this import: the equipment you just imported that is not used anywhere yet is archived, nothing is deleted.
Good to know
- One import is one file or one pasted text. The tab shows how many AI imports you have left; if AI is temporarily unavailable, the attempt does not count.
- A spreadsheet with recognizable columns is offered to the normal import – no AI needed.
- The manufacturer goes in front of the name ("Lumora Spot 300"); the power goes on the equipment card.
The file is not stored: our AI provider (Anthropic) reads it for this import only, and CueLoad does not keep it. More in the Privacy Policy.
