Import equipment from Excel or CSV
You do not have to type the warehouse in by hand. One Excel or CSV file fills it, and the import never changes equipment that already exists.

Import a file
- Open Warehouse and tap Import from Excel / CSV (owners, admins, planners and warehouse staff).
- Not sure about the layout? Tap Download template (CSV) and fill it in.
- Tap Choose file and pick your .xlsx or .csv file. The first row must hold the column names.
- Check Columns: each field shows which file column fills it. Change it where a column was not recognized.
- Look at the preview and the counts, then tap Import (the button shows how many items).
Columns
Only Name is required. The others are Category, Subcategory, Type (rental or consumable), Counting (quantity or serial), Quantity, Serial numbers (separated by commas), Shelf, Weight and Notes. Column names work in English and Lithuanian.
What is skipped
- equipment whose name already exists in your warehouse;
- a name repeated in the same file;
- rows with errors – they are listed so you can fix them.
Categories that do not exist yet are created. The quantity becomes the starting stock.
