A new company gets 30 days free with everything unlocked, both add-ons included. No card is needed.

When the trial ends
Without a plan the company becomes view only: everyone can still sign in and see the data, but nothing can be changed – not even returns. Nothing is deleted. Subscribe and you carry on where you stopped.
Subscribe
- Owners and admins open the company menu → Subscription.
- Choose monthly or yearly (a year costs 10 months) and the add-ons you need.
- Pay in the secure Stripe checkout. VAT is added for your country; a business can enter its VAT ID.
The base plan includes 2 paid members: owners, admins, planners and warehouse staff. Crew members are always free. Prices are on the Pricing page.
Add-ons
- Project finance – what you charge the client: quotes, PDF documents, templates, letterhead, saved texts and position prices.
- Crew finance – what you pay the crew: pay settings, submissions with receipts, approvals, payouts and Finance.
Founder price
The first 30 companies that subscribe keep a lower price for as long as the subscription stays active. A cancelled subscription gives the place up.
Cancel
Cancel at any time on the same page; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Read more in cancellation and refunds.
