Team, roles and positions
Everyone in a company has one role there. The role decides what the person can do, and it can be different in each company.

Roles
- Owner – everything, including Configuration, the subscription and Finance.
- Admin – the same as the owner, except that an admin cannot make anyone an owner or change an owner.
- Planner – plans projects and equipment lists, manages the warehouse, sees quotes.
- Warehouse – manages the whole warehouse, loads and returns; sees projects read-only.
- Crew – loads and returns equipment on the projects they are assigned to; sees other projects read-only and never sees prices.
Change a role or remove someone
- Open Team.
- Owners and admins tap the person's role.
- Choose the new role and tap Save role, or tap Remove from organization. Past work stays in history.
A company always keeps at least one owner. Nobody changes their own role; anyone can leave with Leave at the bottom of the page.
Positions
Positions, such as lighting technician or driver, say what a person does on an event. They are not access rights.
- Owners and admins create them in Configuration → Positions, or tap Add sample positions.
- On a project's Crew members tab, add places with + Position and tap Assign to put people in them. An unfilled place shows how many are missing.
