Quotes and PDF documents
A quote is a price offer for a client. Owners, admins and planners work with quotes; crew never see prices.

Make a quote
- Open Projects → Quotes and tap New quote, or open a project, tap ⋯ and choose Create a quote – its equipment and positions are copied with prices.
- Type the quote name and the event dates. The quote saves itself and the tabs open.
- Add lines on Equipment, Crew and Other costs. A rental line can be priced per day or per event.
- On Financial set discounts, insurance and VAT. Internal cost and profit are for you only, never on the document.
Create the PDF
- On Documents tap Create document.
- Choose the date, the template, the letterhead, the language and, if needed, a saved text.
- Tap Generate. Each document is kept as a version and never changes, even if prices change later.
Your company details and logo come from Configuration → Company details. Templates, letterheads and saved texts are under Configuration too.
Move to planning
When the client says yes, tap Move to planning on the quote's General tab. CueLoad creates a not confirmed project with the quote's equipment and empty crew positions. Confirm the project to book the equipment.
