Invite people to your company
Owners and admins invite people with a link. CueLoad does not send the invitation email itself: you send the link by message or email.

Invite someone
- Open Team and find Invite a person.
- Enter the person's email, optionally the name your company uses for them, and choose the Role.
- Tap Create invitation link.
- Tap Share or Copy link and send it to the person.
The link works once and is valid for 7 days. Anyone can be invited as admin, planner, warehouse or crew; to make someone an owner, change their role after they join.
What the person does
- They open the link and see which company invites them and with which role.
- New to CueLoad: Create account, enter the code from the email, then Join. Already have an account: log in, then Join.
A freelancer can accept invitations from several companies. They switch between them in the company menu.
Waiting invitations
Under Pending invitations you see every open link and when it expires.
- New link makes a new 7-day link; the old one stops working.
- Revoke invitation turns the link off.
