Accessories
Most equipment never travels alone. A spotlight needs a power cable, a DMX cable and a clamp. Accessories make sure nobody forgets them.

Set the accessories
- Open the equipment card in Warehouse.
- In Accessories tap + Add accessory and choose the equipment.
- Set Quantity per one unit, for example 1 power cable for each spotlight.
Any equipment from your warehouse can be an accessory, except the equipment itself. Each accessory is listed once per equipment.
In a project
When you add the equipment to a project, its accessories are added right below it as separate lines, indented under the main line. The quantity follows the main line: 4 spotlights with 1 power cable each add 4 power cables.
- The accessory lines are ordinary lines: change the quantity or remove them for this event.
- Add more of the same equipment to the same section, and the accessory lines grow by the same ratio.
- Each accessory line has its own availability, so a missing cable shows as short too.
- Accessories that are archived in the warehouse are skipped.
Changing the accessories later does not change projects that already have the equipment.
