Cases
A case is a real box with fixed contents, for example a case with four spotlights and their cables. You pack it once in CueLoad, and from then on it travels as one piece.

Create a case
- Open Warehouse → Cases.
- Type the name, for example "Lunar case #1", and tap Create.
- On the case page tap + Pack equipment. Choose a quantity, or tick the exact units for serial-numbered equipment.
- Add the Shelf / location and the empty case weight if you want.
What is packed in a case is no longer free on its own: it is booked together with the case. One unit can be in one case only. You cannot change the contents while the case is out on a project.
Use a case in a project
- On the project's Equipment tab add it from Cases (or + Case on the phone). A case is one line and can be on a project only once.
- If another confirmed project holds the case for the same dates, the line says Case busy.
- In loading mode one tap loads the whole case. In return mode The whole case is back returns everything in it.
Archiving a case puts its contents back on the shelf.
