Kits
A kit is a template: a list of equipment you often send together, for example "Small PA" with two speakers, a mixer and cables. It is not a real box, so it has no stock of its own.

Create a kit
- Open Warehouse → Kits.
- Type the name and tap Create.
- On the kit page tap + Add equipment and set a quantity for each item.
A kit can hold any equipment, also more than you own.
Use a kit in a project
- On the project's Equipment tab add it from Kits (or + Kit on the phone).
- The kit turns into ordinary equipment lines in the section you are adding to. If the section already has that equipment, its quantity grows instead of a second line.
- Change, remove or add lines for this event as you like. The kit itself does not change.
Each line then gets its own availability, like any other line. Equipment that is archived in the warehouse is left out.
Changing or deleting a kit later never changes projects that already used it.
Kit or case?
A case is a real box packed once, loaded in one tap and booked as a whole. A kit is a shortcut for planning: it saves typing, and the lines are loaded one by one.
