Availability and shortages

On the project's Equipment tab every warehouse line shows need, free and, when there is not enough, short in red. The numbers change for everyone at once when another project changes.

When equipment is busy

Equipment is not free for your dates when:

  • it is on another confirmed project whose loading start to return overlaps yours;
  • it was loaded and has not come back yet, even if that project's dates are over;
  • it is marked unusable or lost, or it is packed in a case.

Not confirmed projects do not take anything. Their quantities show in yellow as planned elsewhere, so you see what may come.

Find out where it works

  1. Tap the availability numbers on a line.
  2. The panel shows the stock, what is free in this period, a day-by-day bar and the other projects using it, with their dates.
  3. For serial-numbered equipment it lists every unit: in the warehouse, on which project and when it is due back, lost or unusable.

Shortages

The red Shortages button under the project tabs lists every short line. Tap a row to jump to it. On a red line, Rent the missing turns the gap into rented equipment.

Free-text lines are not from the warehouse, so their availability is not checked.
