Create a project and set its dates
A project is one event: its dates, client, venue and equipment list. Owners, admins and planners create projects.

Create a project
- Tap New project (on Projects or Home), or click an empty day in the calendar.
- Pick a Template first, if you use one (the default template is already chosen). Once the project is saved, the template can no longer be changed.
- Type the Project name and the Event starts and Event ends times. The project saves itself and gets its number, for example 2026-014. Then the other tabs open.
- Add the client, venue, address, colour and notes when you like.
The four dates
- Loading starts – when the equipment leaves the warehouse. Empty = event start.
- Event starts and Event ends – the event itself.
- Returned by – when the equipment is back. Empty = event end.
Equipment is booked from loading start until return. The Time schedule tab can hold named items such as set-up or soundcheck; they do not change the booking.
Each project has its own Time zone, so a tour abroad shows local times.
Copy and archive
Copy makes a new not confirmed project on another date, with the equipment list and schedule. Projects are never deleted: Archive project hides one from the lists, and the history stays. A project with equipment still out cannot be archived.
