Project statuses
The status says whether a project holds its equipment. You see it as a coloured badge on the project and in the lists.

The four statuses
- Not confirmed (orange) – a plan or an offer. It does not book equipment yet. Other projects see its quantities as "planned elsewhere", in yellow.
- Confirmed (green) – the event is on. Its equipment is booked from loading start to return, and only a confirmed project can be loaded.
- Completed (grey) – the event is over. Finishing the return in return mode sets this by itself.
- Cancelled (red, crossed out) – the event will not happen. It books nothing.
Change the status
- Open the project's General tab.
- Tap Confirm, Completed, Back to not confirmed or Cancel. A completed project can be opened again with Reopen.
A new project can start as confirmed: choose it in the Status field when you create it, or set it in the template.
Equipment that is out of the warehouse stays busy until it is returned, whatever the status or the dates say.
