Rented equipment from suppliers
When your own warehouse is short, you rent from another company. CueLoad keeps those lines on the project's Rented equipment tab, red until the rental is confirmed.

Add rented equipment
- On the project's Equipment tab tap + Rented equipment, or tap Rent the missing on a red, short line.
- Enter the equipment, quantity, section and Supplier. A new supplier name is saved to your list.
- Set Return to supplier by (the project's return date is filled in).
Request and confirm
Lines are grouped by supplier, and each line has a status: To order, Request sent or Confirmed.
- Tap Create PDF for a supplier. The PDF lists what you need, without prices, and the lines become "Request sent". CueLoad does not send email: download the PDF or share it from your phone.
- When the supplier says yes, tap Confirm – equipment rented, or Confirm all for that supplier.
Until a rental is confirmed, the line counts as a shortage for the project.
Give it back
Rented lines are loaded like any other line. In return mode they sit in the group Return to the supplier: tap Returned to the supplier when it is handed back. Past the date, the line shows as late.
The supplier list is in Configuration → Rental suppliers.
