Load the van in loading mode
Loading mode is the phone screen for the moment you stand at the van. It works only for a confirmed project and needs an internet connection.

Load a project
- Open the project and tap Loading mode (also on Home and in Warehouse → Today).
- The Load tab lists what is still to go, grouped by the project's sections, with the shelf of each item.
- Tap › at the end of a row to load one piece, or swipe the row left to load everything that line needs.
- Tap a row to open it: use − / +, All, or pick serial numbers from the free units.
- A case is one row: one tap loads the whole case. Expand it to see its parts.
- Made a mistake? Tap Undo in the message at the bottom, or take a piece back in the Loaded tab.
The Loaded tab shows who loaded each line and when. Everyone loading the same project sees every tap at once.
Add equipment on site
Use Add equipment – search the warehouse at the bottom. CueLoad shows whether the item is free. New lines go into the section Added while loading and are marked "added on site" with your name.
No connection? A red banner says loading is paused and the buttons are switched off until the connection is back, so no tap is lost without you seeing it.
