Project templates
A project template is a project without dates, client or people. A new project made from it gets a copy of its schedule phases, equipment sections and lines, and crew positions. Later changes to the template never touch existing projects.

Create a template
- Open Configuration → Project templates (owners and admins).
- Type the New template name and tap Create template.
Then fill the tabs:
- General – the status and colour of new projects, and notes.
- Time schedule – phases as clock times around a sample event, for example set-up the day before. Two phases are required: loading at the warehouse and return to the warehouse.
- Equipment – sections and equipment with quantities. A template has no dates, so there is no availability here.
- Crew – positions and how many people each needs.
Tap Make default if most new projects should start from it.
Use a template
When you create a project, pick it in the Template field. The phases move with the real event time, and the required phases set the project's loading start and return.
You can also go the other way: in a project, open ⋯ and choose Create a template from the project.
