Returns: missing, damaged, found, repaired

Return mode is the phone screen for unpacking the van. The Return mode button appears on a project as soon as something from it is out.

Check equipment back in

  1. Open the project and tap Return mode (also on Home and in Warehouse → Today).
  2. The To return tab lists only what was loaded. Tap › for one piece back, or open a row for +1 back and All back.
  3. Something is not there? Tap Missing and enter how many.
  4. Something is broken? Tap Damaged and choose Usable (only noted) or Unusable (taken out of stock).
  5. For consumables tap Enter what is left. The difference counts as used up, not as missing.
  6. Everything checked? Tap Finish return. Anything from the warehouse still out is marked missing (free-text lines just stop being tracked), and the project becomes completed.

You can return in several goes: every tap is saved at once. If the return time has passed and equipment is still out, the project shows Late.

Found and repaired

Lost and unusable equipment is listed in Warehouse → Damaged and lost. There, people who manage the warehouse tap Found or Repaired – back in use to put it back in stock, or Write off to close it for good.
